We’re fortunate to have IBJJF World Champion Professor Dave Rothwell as an instructor, providing our students access to world class training with one of Western Canada’s top Black Belts. In addition to Dave, our team of dedicated coaches will work with you to achieve your goals and level up both your Jiu Jitsu and your overall fitness.

Our kids programs are Vernon’s only kids programs run by a World Champion Black Belt. We offer a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment for your kids to get fit, meet new friends, and learn self-defense.
From BJJ fundamentals to competition-level classes, No Gi, MMA, and boxing, we offer a range of programs to suit all experience levels and goals.
We’re proud to work with many female students, instructors, and training partners. From Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to boxing and self-defense, we offer a range of co-ed classes taught by some of BC’s top female martial artists.
